Terms of Service
Clear terms, clean boundaries.
Last updated: July 9, 2026. These terms cover use of Clinic Scout, support pages, scorecards, optional contact routing, checkout links, and any paid partner or consumer service offered through the site.
Boundary: Clinic Scout is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, insurer, emergency service, or prescribing service.
01What the partner service is
Clinic Scout partner services may include GLP Revenue Recovery Desk setup, partner profile configuration, missed-call/form/DM/no-show follow-up support, approved scripts, consented introduction handling, reporting, and related operational implementation.
02Independent clinical responsibility
Clinic partners are independent businesses. They remain responsible for licenses, medical decisions, patient care, advertising claims, patient consent, staff workflows, and compliance with applicable law. Clinic Scout does not prescribe, diagnose, or make eligibility decisions.
03Payment and currency
Partner prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid work starts after payment, scope confirmation, and any required safe access handoff.
04Fulfillment and setup
Fulfillment may require partner responsiveness, access approval, staff-approved scripts, existing lead-source details, call/form/DM/no-show workflow context, and agreement on what data may be handled. Delays in required inputs may delay delivery.
05Refunds and cancellations
Setup, implementation, accepted-introduction work, and reserved service capacity are custom partner services. Refunds are reviewed case by case. Cancel before work begins for the cleanest review. Delivered setup, fulfilled services, and verified introduction/recovery work are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
06No PHI without separate approval
Do not submit patient lists, medical records, symptoms, medication details, labs, diagnoses, insurance IDs, or protected health information through public forms, checkout, or normal support. Any PHI-handling workflow requires separate legal and BAA-ready approval.
07No guaranteed revenue
Clinic Scout may help organize follow-up and reduce operational leakage, but it does not guarantee booked consults, show rates, patient starts, ad approval, platform outcomes, revenue, or clinical results.
08Partner responsibilities
Partners must provide truthful business information, use only lawful and approved scripts, obtain required consents, protect credentials, avoid misleading claims, and ensure their staff/clinical workflows comply with applicable rules.
09Third-party systems
Stripe, Cloudflare, email platforms, ad platforms, clinic CRMs, phone systems, and patient-facing systems are independent third parties. Their outages, reviews, rules, and account decisions are outside Clinic Scout control.
10Support
Partner support requests go to [email protected] or https://partners.glpclinicscout.com/support/. Plain review-safe address: partners@glpclinicscout.com.
Fulfillment and account-review summary
Partner services are custom operational services. They may include setup, scripting, routing logic, accepted-introduction review, missed-call/form/DM/no-show recovery workflow, reporting, and support. The exact service is defined by the checkout, written scope, and approved onboarding answers. A clinic's staff capacity, compliance approvals, phone/CRM access, and response speed can affect results and timeline.
For Stripe account review and partner customers, this page makes the offer boundary explicit: payment is through Stripe, fulfillment is operational support, refund/cancellation review is handled through support, no guaranteed revenue is promised, and no PHI should be sent through public checkout or normal support.
Governing law and limitation of liability
These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in state or federal courts with jurisdiction over the business relationship unless a required law says otherwise.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Clinic Scout, IT Stores LLC, and their operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, medical, platform-action, account-review, or business-interruption damages. The maximum liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific partner service giving rise to that claim, except where law does not allow that limit.
Partner definitions, compliance duties, indemnity, and disputes
A “lead” or “introduction” means an operational record routed or made available under the partner scope, not a guaranteed patient, booking, start, prescription, payment, or clinical outcome. A “verified” or “accepted” introduction only means it met the commercial criteria stated in the checkout, portal, or written scope. Partner billing, renewals, and pricing follow the checkout or signed scope; there is no subscription renewal unless the checkout or written agreement states one.
Partner clinics are responsible for TCPA, CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, FTC, state telehealth, advertising, consent, staff supervision, and clinical compliance for their own operations. Partners agree to indemnify Clinic Scout and IT Stores LLC for claims arising from the partner’s medical care, unlawful outreach, unsupported claims, staff actions, patient communication, or misuse of Clinic Scout systems. Disputes should first be raised through partner support with the relevant checkout, portal, and lead/introduction record.
