Terms of Service

Clear terms, clean boundaries.

Last updated: July 9, 2026. These terms cover use of Clinic Scout, support pages, scorecards, optional contact routing, checkout links, and any paid partner or consumer service offered through the site.

Boundary: Clinic Scout is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, insurer, emergency service, or prescribing service.

Fulfillment and account-review summary

Partner services are custom operational services. They may include setup, scripting, routing logic, accepted-introduction review, missed-call/form/DM/no-show recovery workflow, reporting, and support. The exact service is defined by the checkout, written scope, and approved onboarding answers. A clinic's staff capacity, compliance approvals, phone/CRM access, and response speed can affect results and timeline.

For Stripe account review and partner customers, this page makes the offer boundary explicit: payment is through Stripe, fulfillment is operational support, refund/cancellation review is handled through support, no guaranteed revenue is promised, and no PHI should be sent through public checkout or normal support.

Governing law and limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in state or federal courts with jurisdiction over the business relationship unless a required law says otherwise.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Clinic Scout, IT Stores LLC, and their operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, medical, platform-action, account-review, or business-interruption damages. The maximum liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific partner service giving rise to that claim, except where law does not allow that limit.

Partner definitions, compliance duties, indemnity, and disputes

A “lead” or “introduction” means an operational record routed or made available under the partner scope, not a guaranteed patient, booking, start, prescription, payment, or clinical outcome. A “verified” or “accepted” introduction only means it met the commercial criteria stated in the checkout, portal, or written scope. Partner billing, renewals, and pricing follow the checkout or signed scope; there is no subscription renewal unless the checkout or written agreement states one.

Partner clinics are responsible for TCPA, CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, FTC, state telehealth, advertising, consent, staff supervision, and clinical compliance for their own operations. Partners agree to indemnify Clinic Scout and IT Stores LLC for claims arising from the partner’s medical care, unlawful outreach, unsupported claims, staff actions, patient communication, or misuse of Clinic Scout systems. Disputes should first be raised through partner support with the relevant checkout, portal, and lead/introduction record.
