What to include
Include the clinic or business name, business email, and the type of record involved. Do not include patient names or clinical details.
What we delete or anonymize
After verification, we delete or anonymize eligible business-contact, support, intake, portal, consent, and operational records associated with the request.
Required retention
Limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, consent-proof, dispute, security, and legal records may be retained where required.
Timing
We target an acknowledgement within one business day and a completed response within 30 days. If identity or scope cannot be verified, support will explain the next required step.
